Amora Global is a Shenzhen based manufacturing and sourcing partner for international brands. We manage your production from factory selection through to shipment, with a bilingual team working on your behalf every day.
The technologies and factory capabilities we are actively working with right now. When something new enters our network, we publish it here first so you know what is available before most manufacturers do.
The nRF54L15 is Nordic Semiconductor's newest ultra-low-power System-on-Chip, launched in late 2024 and now becoming the benchmark for connected smart products. Built on a 22nm process node, it features a 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor alongside a dedicated RISC-V co-processor, delivering double the performance of its predecessor, the nRF52840, at significantly lower power consumption.
The chip supports Bluetooth 5.4, Matter, Thread, and Zigbee, with PSA Certified Level 3 security and sub-1µA sleep current. These specifications make it the right choice for any product that needs long battery life, robust wireless connectivity, and on-device AI or machine learning processing in a small form factor.
Because the nRF54L15 is still new, most contract manufacturers have not yet qualified it into their production lines. Amora has already identified and vetted Shenzhen factories currently working with this chip. If you are designing a smart wearable, IoT device, health monitor, or connected accessory that needs nRF54L15 capability, we can connect you with a qualified manufacturer now, before the wider market catches up.
Ideal for: smart rings and bracelets, health and medical monitors, connected accessories, industrial IoT sensors, and any product requiring Bluetooth LE, Matter, or Thread with advanced edge processing.
Get in touch about this chip →As new technologies and factory capabilities enter our network, we post them here. Get in touch to stay ahead of what is manufacturable in China right now.
Stay updated →Most brands lose money working with Chinese factories on three things: opaque pricing, overpromised capability, and quality issues that surface after the container has shipped. Amora sits in Shenzhen so you do not have to.
Qualified factory matches against your product brief. Every candidate is verified to your standards, with a verification pack covering business license, capability, and red flags before reaching your shortlist.
Full production oversight from first order through every reorder. Tooling, sample iteration, firmware handoff, certification timelines, and milestone tracking, all under one bilingual project manager.
Pre-shipment inspections, in-line production checks, and packaging reviews performed before any container leaves port. Retainer clients receive flexible QC tailored to the complexity of each program.
Price checks, NRE and tooling scrutiny, payment term analysis, and contract review. We sit in Shenzhen every week and know which line items are negotiable at each factory tier.
For smart devices and new product launches, we coordinate firmware teams with factory engineers, including SoC platforms, sensor integration, certification planning, and sample iteration rounds.
Freight forwarder coordination, CBU and CKD shipping analysis, sample consolidation, and dropship arrangements on every order, whether under a retainer or a standalone engagement.
A clear process you can enter at any stage. The structure below is what a typical retainer engagement looks like. Every client receives a tailored proposal once we have the product details.
You send a product brief or we build one together on a short call. We come back with a formal proposal scoped to your manufacturing needs and your retainer tier.
We run targeted outreach, shortlist candidates from our network, and present the matched factory with a full verification pack: capability, business license, audit notes, and any red flags.
You place the order. We monitor production, run quality inspections at the right stages, coordinate sample iteration, and track every milestone on your behalf.
We coordinate shipping and freight on every order. As your program grows, your retainer tier scales with it, covering more concurrent projects and deeper support.
Our core offering is the monthly manufacturing retainer: a fixed fee for ongoing production management across your active projects. Sourcing is available as a standalone service by proposal.
A dedicated Amora team managing your manufacturing in China, month by month. Priced by the number of concurrent projects you are running at any given time.
Need to find and verify a factory for a specific product? Send us your product brief and we will return a formal proposal detailing exactly what we will do and what it costs. No fee is charged until we have found a verified factory match.
For clients who want Amora to manage reorders without a full retainer, we offer a tiered commission model on net production value, running from 3% on high-volume orders to 8% on early-stage pilot runs. A full commission structure is included in every formal proposal.
Tailored to your program. The tiers above are base structures. Every client receives a formal proposal once we understand the product, scope, and timelines. Most engagements are negotiated around the rates above rather than taken at face value.
No surprises on costs. Factory fees, NRE, tooling, certification, and freight are always line items paid directly to the relevant party. Amora's fee is separate and clearly defined in every proposal.
Quality control is included. Every retainer tier includes quality control. The scope and frequency scales with tier and product complexity, and is agreed in your formal proposal.
A selection of factory visits, supplier meetings, and production walkthroughs from recent engagements. Faces of clients without press consent are obscured for privacy.
